JAMIE HAMISH BARNES

10 YEARS OLD (AUG. 2025)

Having only played golf for a year, by the age of 8, Jamie was the champion all over the Philippines, an international champion in Thailand and placed in the top ten at the FCG CALLAWAY World Championship. Astonishingly, Jamie did all of this with less than two weeks professional golf coaching, no simulator, little or no course management, and with a set of adult golf clubs.

To further his golf, Jamie now resides in Bangkok, Thailand where he continues his championship wins, represents KIS International School, Reignwood Park, and is coached by the Claude Harman III Performance Golf Academy at Robinswood Golf Club.

Jamie is an outstanding all-round sportsperson who is happy and kind, yet very competitive by nature. He is a dual citizen of the UK and the Philippines who at home speaks both English and Filipino whilst learning Thai.
